Alizee from Batisserie created an amazing tiramisu boozy shake for us using our Creme Fraiche Gelato! It's so simple and the taste is out of this world!! 🍮☕️
Ingredients (serves one)
2 scoops Creme Fraiche Gelato
1.5 oz Marsala (sweet Italian red wine)
1.4 oz espresso
5 ladyfingers (see note at the bottom if you can’t find ladyfingers)
1/2 tablespoon agave syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
2 ice cubes (optional)
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1. Place all ingredients in a blender except the cocoa powder.
2. Blend until smooth and pour into a short glass. Top with cocoa powder.
3. Enjoy with a spoon (or a straw if you prefer).
Here is an easy alternative to ladyfingers for this recipe. You can buy an angel cake from the grocery store and cut long strips. Bake them for about 15 min at 375⁰F. Remove from the oven and let them cool down.
