For orders placed on snoqualmieicecream.com, we accept MasterCard and Visa. Unfortunately, we are unable to process Checks, Money Orders, or Google Checkout as form of payment. Additionally, we are unable to send packages C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery).
When ordering online, applicable sales tax will be applied when shipping to states in which it is required by law to do so.
How It Ships
All orders must be a minimum of six pints. Each box can hold up to eight pints.
Order and delivery dates
All orders are shipped via FedEx First Overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight or 2-Day AM, depending on what option is selected at checkout. Prices vary with each shipping option.
We ship orders Monday-Thursday. Orders placed before 12:00PM PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST will ship the next day.
If you place your order before 12:00PM on Thursday, you may select a FedEx Overnight option for Friday delivery. If you select 2-Day AM, your order will ship Monday for Wednesday delivery.
If your order is placed after Thursday at 12:00PM, your order will ship the following Monday. We do not ship Friday-Sunday.
How your ice cream will ship
All orders are shipped in a well-insulated box under dry ice. WARNING: Dry ice will burn skin. Do not handle dry ice with your bare hands. Please allow the dry ice to evaporate in the cooler or handle with gloves when removing the ice cream from the cooler.
After your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please make sure the shipping address is correct. If it is not, please contact us immediately. We will work quickly to try to update the address, but we cannot be held responsible if a package is undeliverable or delayed due to an incorrect address.
Please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the package during regular business hours (8:00AM-6:00PM). If no one is available to sign for the package, the package will be held at the closest FedEx distribution center for evening pickup. This may cause the product to be melted or damaged. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for melted or damaged product as a result of no one being available to sign for a delivery.
If you prefer a delivery without a required signature, please make that selection when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for stolen, melted or damaged product for orders delivered without a signature.
If you are sending Snoqualmie Ice Cream as a gift, please notify the recipient, so they can be available for the delivery and put the ice cream in their freezer immediately.
If you would like to order, but ship at a later date, please tell us your delivery date in the comments section.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our ice cream is perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We cannot be responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to sign for the package; we cannot be responsible if a package cannot be delivered or is delayed in delivery due to an incorrect shipping address being given to us. If your ice cream is melted upon arrival for any other reason, contact us immediately, and we’ll reship your order or issue you a full refund.
